Cancel Appointments by Phone Posted or Updated on 22 Jan 2025

We have listened to feedback from patients and can confirm, from Wednesday 22 January 2025, patients will now have the option to cancel their appointment by phone.  Patients still call surgery as normal but we have added a separate option to cancel a booking. Please listen to the questions asked.
